Nintendo has just announced that if you buy New Super Mario Bros. 2 (3DS)--the first game ever
(on a Nintendo system) that you can purchase both in stores and on the Nintendo eShop--on the eShop you GET DOUBLE the amount (compared to the packaged version) of Club Nintendo coins! 50 for the packaged version if you register it by 9/20 and 100 for the downloadable version if you register it by 9/20.
Congratulations Nintendo, you have tempted me--a person who prefers packaged software--to buy New Super Mario Bros. 2 from the eShop.
