Today on Project Sora's website they had this:

This company was dissolved on June 30th 2012.
We thank you truly for your patronage.
This home page will close on July 31st 2012.

    While Project Sora is dead; the company that spawned it; Sora Limited is still alive and well. Sounds like stream-lining to me.
